Host to Connect – Refund Policy

At Host to Connect, we are committed to providing high-quality hosting, domain, and server solutions to all our customers. While we aim to deliver a seamless experience, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy outlines the specific conditions under which a refund may or may not be granted.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Hosting Services (Shared / Reseller / Business Hosting)
Customers may request a refund for eligible hosting services within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, only if a technical issue is reported and verified by our support team.

Refunds are not applicable if:

The issue is caused by misconfiguration on the customer’s end.

A third-party script or software is incompatible.

The customer simply changes their mind or no longer needs the service.

1.2 Domain Services
All domain-related purchases are strictly non-refundable, including:

Domain registrations

Domain renewals
-
Domain transfers
Once a domain is registered, the process is irreversible and non-recoverable. Ownership is immediately transferred to the customer, and we incur an instant cost on your behalf.
1.3 VPS / VDS / RDP Hosting Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstance:

VPS (Virtual Private Server)

VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server)

RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol hosting – both Windows and Linux)
Due to the nature of these virtual services, where resources are allocated instantly and irreversibly, we cannot issue refunds for these products.
2. Non-Refundable Charges and Services
The following items and fees are non-refundable regardless of service status or usage:

Service renewals (for domains, hosting, VPS, RDP, etc.)

One-time setup fees

Software licenses and add-ons (e.g., cPanel, Softaculous, WHMCS)

SSL Certificates (once issued)

Dedicated IP addresses

Priority support or migration add-ons

Promotional or discounted packages
3. Refund Request Procedure

3.2 Technical Verification
Refund requests are subject to investigation by our technical team. A refund will only be issued if we are unable to resolve a verifiable technical fault within a reasonable timeframe.
3.3 Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect on your statement.
4. Special Conditions & Limitations
4.1 First-Time Buyer Clause
Refunds under this policy apply only to first-time customers. Repeat purchases or previously refunded customers are not eligible for subsequent refunds.
4.2 Abuse of Refund Policy
Customers attempting to exploit or abuse this refund policy—such as repeated refund requests or false technical claims—will have their account permanently suspended and may be denied future purchases.
4.3 Refund Amount

If your purchase involved discounted or promotional pricing, your refund will be limited to the actual amount paid, not the product’s standard retail price.

Transaction fees or currency conversion charges (if any) are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
Host to Connect reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy periodically.
