Important Notice

We do not support any nulled or pirated plugins/themes. Use of such materials will lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. If you face issues due to the use of illegal, pirated, or nulled content, we will not provide any support or investigation. You are solely responsible for all actions and files under your account.

Use of our services requires full compliance with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. Please read carefully.

13. Prohibited Software and Content (Strict Enforcement)

13.1 Nulled/Pirated Software:
The use, storage, or distribution of nulled, cracked, pirated, or unlicensed software, plugins, themes, or scripts is strictly prohibited. This includes any material acquired from unauthorized sources or redistributed without a valid license.

13.2 Zero Tolerance Policy:
Violations of this clause will result in:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the hosting account.

  • No technical support will be provided for any site using nulled software.

  • No refunds will be issued, regardless of the billing cycle.

  • We reserve the right to report the abuse to relevant authorities or software vendors.

13.3 Audit and Monitoring:
Host to Connect reserves the right to scan files and hosting accounts for malware, malicious code, or illegally distributed content. If suspected illegal content is found, your account will be flagged for manual review.

13.4 Responsibility:
You are fully responsible for all files, actions, and activity on your hosting account. Ignorance of uploaded files or third-party developer behavior will not be considered a valid excuse for violations.


14. Additional Restrictions

14.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities:
You may not host or distribute content related to:

  • Phishing

  • Hacking tools

  • Malware distribution

  • Copyright infringement

  • Pornography that violates laws

  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech

14.2 Mass Email or Spam:
Sending bulk emails or spam using our servers without prior written approval is prohibited and may result in termination.

14.3 Resource Abuse:
Excessive use of server CPU, RAM, or storage beyond fair limits, including crypto mining, botnets, or automated scraping tools, is not allowed.


15. Enforcement and Policy Acknowledgement

15.1 Agreement Enforcement:
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these strict rules and enforcement terms. It is your responsibility to remain compliant.

15.2 No Exception Policy:
We do not offer leniency for violations regarding illegal software. This is to protect the integrity, security, and legal standing of all clients on our network.

15.3 Report Abuse:
If you suspect any abusive or illegal activity by another user, you may report it to our abuse team at [email protected].

🔁 Host to Connect – Renewal & Expiry Policy

Applies to: Domain Names, VPS, VDS, and Dedicated Server Services

At Host to Connect, we are committed to providing reliable, secure, and uninterrupted services to all our clients. To help ensure this, we’ve established the following Renewal & Expiry Policy, which outlines your responsibilities and what happens if a service is not renewed on time.


📌 1. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for tracking the expiration dates and ensuring timely renewal of all purchased services. This includes:

  • Domain names

  • VPS (Virtual Private Server)

  • VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server)

  • Dedicated Servers

We strongly advise all clients to renew their services at least 48–72 hours before the expiration date to avoid disruption.

⚠️ Reminder emails are sent as a courtesy. Failure to receive or read reminders does not exempt clients from their renewal responsibility.


📧 2. Notifications & Communication

  • We send renewal reminders 15 days, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the due date to your registered email address.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact email and phone number are up to date in your client portal.

  • We are not liable for missed reminders due to incorrect or outdated contact information.


📅 3. Grace Periods & Suspension

  • If a service is not renewed by the due date, it will be automatically suspended.

  • During the suspension period, you will not have access to your service (including hosting panel, SSH, control panel, or emails).

  • A 7-day grace period is provided from the date of expiry. During this time, you may still renew your service without additional restoration fees.


❌ 4. Termination & Permanent Deletion

If payment is not made within 7 days after expiry, the following will occur:

For Domains:

  • The domain may enter Redemption or Pending Delete status depending on the registry.

  • Additional Redemption Fees (ranging from $90 to $150) may apply to restore an expired domain.

  • Once deleted from the registry, the domain becomes publicly available, and we cannot guarantee its recovery.

For VPS, VDS, and Dedicated Servers:

  • The server will be terminated and all associated data, configurations, backups, and content will be permanently deleted.

  • No backups or recovery will be possible after deletion.

  • Reordering a server will require full payment and provisioning from scratch.

No exceptions will be made once a service is terminated and deleted.


🛡️ 5. Data Protection & Backups

  • We highly recommend clients maintain their own off-site backups.

  • While we offer daily/weekly backups, they are not guaranteed and may not be available after suspension or expiry.

  • Host to Connect is not liable for any data loss resulting from non-renewal or termination of services.


⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that:

  • Host to Connect will not be held liable for any loss of data, business interruption, domain loss, reputational damage, or financial loss resulting from failure to renew services.

  • The responsibility for service continuity rests solely with the client.

  • We reserve the right to refuse restoration or recovery once a service is terminated.


💳 7. Payment Methods & Processing Time

  • Ensure payment is made through verified channels (bank transfer, online payment gateways, etc.).

  • Some payment methods (e.g., bank transfers) may take 1–3 working days to reflect.

  • Services are only renewed upon successful confirmation of payment.


🛠️ 8. Auto-Renewal (If Available)

  • Clients may enable auto-renewal through the client portal for supported services.

  • Auto-renewal requires a valid payment method on file and sufficient funds at the time of renewal.

  • 📆 Set personal reminders for all service renewal dates.

  • 💳 Make payments at least 48 hours before expiration.

  • 📤 Keep your email address and phone number up to date.

  • ☁️ Maintain your own backups in addition to our system backups.

  • 📝 Keep records of invoices and transactions for reference.
